As a Sr. Instructional Designer, you will create and continuously improve learning programs using an array of creative approaches that inspire learners and drive productivity and accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Design learning solutions

  • Develop learning solutions (create storyboards or, when needed, author courses in authoring tools)

  • Review storyboards created by peers

  • Review courseware builds

  • Support other functional teams in developing courses

  • Work independently and in teams

  • Stay abreast of the latest developments in the learning domain, including functional, business and technological advancements

Requirements

  • At least 3 years' experience in the eLearning domain 

  • At least Bachelor's degree in any subject

  • Excellent language skills

  • Proven working experience in instructional design and with instructional technology

  • Excellent knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models

  • Lesson and curriculum planning skills
