About the job

We are looking for an Instructional Designer to help us design and develop learning and practicing experiences. The goal is to facilitate learners in acquiring knowledge, skills and competencies in an effective and appealing manner on e-learning and blended platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Develop learning solutions (create storyboards or, when needed, author courses in authoring tools)

  • Review courseware builds

  • Support other functional teams in developing courses

  • Work independently and in teams

  • Stay abreast of the latest developments in the learning domain, including functional, business and technological advancements

Requirements

  • A degree in English or proven experience in the field

  • Good comprehension of English. 

  • Very good exposure to MS office should be able to create/ edit documents, make PPTs etc. Internet savvy.
